Cancellation and refund policy:

The Workshop presenters reserve the right to cancel the workshop if there are fewer than 10 registered participants. If this happens, you will be notified no less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop start date, and all workshop fees will be refunded.

Registered participants who have paid in full, and cancel their registration at least 4 weeks before the workshop start date will receive a full refund.

Registered participants who have paid in full, and cancel their registration at 2 weeks before the workshop start date will receive a 50% refund, or can transfer their registration to another workshop date of equal value.

Registered participants who have paid in full, and cancel their registration at less than 2 weeks before the workshop start date will not receive a refund.
