In this workshop, we will push ourselves out of our comfort zone as we participate in low and high elements on the Challenge Course at The Browne Center. Our day will be centered on exploring the value of risk taking, and supporting one another as we define what risk means to us, how it can propel us personally and professionally, and take on the physical and mental challenges on the course.
What to expect:
Our day will begin with community building, and discussions around risk taking. The bulk of the day will be spent on the Challenge Course (rain or shine) and will be focused on individual and group challenges.
In this one day workshop you will:
Step outside your comfort zone and discover just how capable you really are.
Engage in powerful, guided challenge course activities in a way that meets your definition of risk
Reflect through meditation and journaling to deepen your self-awareness and growth.
Build confidence that lasts—and bring that boldness back to your work, relationships, and personal goals.
Experience the strength of supportive community—connect with other women who are ready to lift each other up.
Walk away with practical tools for navigating fear, uncertainty, and change with clarity and courage.
No experience required—just a willingness to try. Every activity is designed with choice, support, and encouragement in mind.
